The hold will be released after check-out at clients’ bank’s discretion.  Any outstanding incidental charges must be settled in full prior to the client’s departure.                                                                                
If client’s do not have a debit/credit card, they will be required to pay in cash (USD) for the Mandatory Resort Charge, Parking Charges, Rollaway Charge (if any are applicable) at time of check-in.  Client account will be set up as “cash only” and will not be allowed to make room charges.                                                                                
                                                                                

All guestrooms are non-smoking. Smoking is prohibited anywhere in the guest room or on any balcony/lanai by Hawaii State Law.  Failure to observe the no smoking policy will result in fines being added to clients guest room folio. Outdoor Smoking areas are designated on the resort property map available at time of check in.

Wedding & honeymoons

This resort offers wedding and/or honeymoon packages and the services of a wedding coordinator.  

 To secure your wedding date and arrange wedding details at your chosen hotel, please contact the hotel directly.  

Couples celebrating their honeymoon at the resort will be provided One (1) coupon, per room, per stay, upon arrival that will be redeemable for up to Two (2) beverages of their choice at select locations.
